I am a beginner. I placed my first order and I had questions about what I thought were the items I ordered. I misunderstood what I had ordered. I sent an email. Roxann responded the very next day even tho she is closed on weekends! We had a lovely conversation and she explained several products and their uses to me, gave me some valuable information about this art form. The papers I received are very good quality! My order is double checked and if something does not seem right, I get a call asking me to clarify my order so I always get what I wanted. This site is AWESOME! There are so many kinds of strips that you can NOT find anywhere else in THIS (USA) country. The Dutch strips are the most visually stunning quilling strips I’ve ever seen. I can not get enough of these things! Also, there is everything anyone would ever need for quilling on this site. From beginner to expert, it has it all. Love, love, love this site!!! And the proprietor is more than willing to help if there’s ever an issue. Plus, we get free strips, from Quilling Creations, when we place an order. Yea! I have, and will, continue to purchase from this company/site. I just wish I would have discovered it much sooner!
